“Food Aware” is a social enterprise based in South Yorkshire whose main aim is: To divert perfectly edible surplus food that would otherwise be heading for landfill (solely for being the wrong colour, shape, size or date!) and distribute it to vulnerable and deprived communities and community-based organisations.
