About Greenisland Football Club
Greenisland Football Club is based in County Antrim, on the west side of Belfast Lough, 8 miles North of Belfast and two miles south of the nearest large town of Carrickfergus. Greenisland FC is registered with the HMRC as a Charity. The Club facilitates football coaching for boys and girls from the age of six through to adulthood. We have 15 junior teams playing from the age of seven through to Under 17 and then two adult teams. The Club has close links with the community and the Clubhouse is utilised by all neighbourhood groups. An essential ingredient of the Club is the attention it pays to cross community and diversity engagement. The Club is committed to supporting all local groups, schools and churches and enjoys a reputation for promoting charitable events. Weekly we supply facilitate 400 active members.
