About Hope for Toby
I\'m setting up a trust for my 2 year old son Toby, who has a rare cancer, known as Rhabdomyosarcoma. We want to get him proton therapy (a form of radiotherapy but with fewer side effects) and are hoping that the NHS will pay for his treatment (to be administered abroad as there is no suitable machine for children in the UK) and that we just have to fundraise for our travel and accommodation. There is the risk that the NHS won\'t pay for the treatment, and that we\'ll need to raise the full amount ourselves (likely to be in excess of £100k).
