About Jersey Hedgehog Preservation Group
We rescue wild European hedgehogs in Jersey, Channel Islands, rehabilitate them and return them to the wild once they are fit again or if they were orphans when they are old enough to cope in the wild. We also raise public awareness about hedgehogs and the dangers they face living on a small island with a lot of humans. This year we have launched a strimmer awareness campaign, contacting suppliers and hire companies. And we help with scientific research into hedgehog behaviour and biology.
