We are a drug/alcohol (and other addictive behavior) recovery and rehabilitation center based in Cardiff. Our mission is to to help and support individuals in their recovery (whatever stage they may be in). To provide tailored and specific support and help and to adapt our services to suit clients, putting them in the driving seat of their own recovery. To create a recovery community within Cardiff and work with other organisations. (An informal chat must be taken before groups can be joined, please call or drop in in to make a one-to-one appointment). Group therapy - Tuesday and Thursday After-work group - Tuesday evening Family support group - Thursday evening We are happy to add groups to address the needs of the people who come here.
