About Lea Rowing Club
Lea Rowing Club is a British Rowing Affiliated club with 400+ members based on the River Lea in Hackney where there has been rowing since the 1840s. We support men, women, girls and boys aged ten to over eighty from the local community, and across London. Our new boathouse opened in 2016, with funds that were raised by donors and friends. We now have facilities for junior, senior, masters, recreational and disabled rowers; and host local school and community programmes as well as a university.
