Modern Poetry in Translation (MPT) was founded in 1965 by Ted Hughes and Daniel Weissbort to bring the best of international poetry to an English speaking audience in the best translation. We publish a magazine three times a year, have a website www.mptmagazine.com with a wide selection of world poetry, and organise poetry readings and poetry translation workshops. We are raising funds to make our back catalogue available online and develop other digital projects. Thank you for your support.
