The objective of Project Endo is to benefit the endometriosis community by raising awareness of endometriosis and to encourage informed coping techniques through 360 education and digital support. We do this by: • Providing daily advice and support in a digital format that is easily accessible. • Giving a wider range of expert advice on nutrition, exercise, lifestyle management and therapy that is endometriosis specific. • Giving a platform to raise awareness of the disease across social media
