Rainbow Ark Animal Sanctuary - Co Durham

The Rainbow Ark Animal Sanctuary is based at Willington in County Durham and has been providing a home to over 400 rescued animals for the last 20 years from all over the United Kingdom. They care for a wide range of animals from ducklings to alpacas,and operate a strict No KILL policy so any animal that is took in,will be allowed to live the rest of its natural life with the loving care,peace and tranquillity they deserve. The Rainbow Ark does not charge to take animals in or charge a release fee,as many other rescue centres do.This is because the Sanctuary is not a buisness and rely soley on donations and peoples kindness to keep them afloat.
