About Smile Support & Care
Smile Support & Care is a regional charity providing much-needed support to disabled children and young adults, and their families, across Hampshire and West Sussex. The Smile team delivers thousands of hours of care per month, helping young people to develop and achieve their potential, whilst helping their families to cope with the everyday pressures of life, caring for a disabled child. We have also now launched an appeal to build a short-break centre for disabled youngsters in Waterlooville.
