About The Tom Prince Cancer Trust (Reg Charity No: 1111243)

Registered Charity Number: 1111243. This family run charity was established in 2004, in the memory of Tom Prince. The aim of the trust is to raise funds for research into the teenage bone cancer Osteosarcoma. Our aim is to raise a million pounds to invest in research projects and any breakthrough would be beneficial to sufferers worldwide. We also hope to make some provision for teenage cancer sufferers undergoing treatment. We are continuously fundraising at a local level and have been well supported, however we wish to expand to a wider audience to increase awareness. Our fundraising efforts have been energetic and varied, from marathons and parachute jumps, charity dances, gigs and car boots… there has been something for everyone! The recent ‘Blue Day’ and ‘Blue2Day’ were tremendously successful, generating funds and great public interest within the local community. As we are a family run charity we do not use funds for wages, administration or rent etc, and we have no overheads, therefore a hundred percent of donations go into the trust’s fund.
