Policy Validations Each policy will be checked 3 months after inception (start) date. If the policy is still in force after this time, it will be validated and the donation will be generated. The donation will not be generated if: - The policy has been cancelled - The policy is fraudulent, e.g. has been purchased with stolen or fabricated personal details - A quote is generated via easyfundraising but you telephone Hasting Direct to complete the sale - Monthly direct debit payments have been missed - The policy is not traceable back to easyfundraising How to ensure your policy is tracked In order to generate the donation you must click through to the Hastings Direct website via the easyfundraising link. You must generate a new quote and purchase directly. If the quote has already been generated via another site or advertisement, the sale will not be attributed to easyfundraising and you will not generate a donation. Make sure you have third party cookie tracking enabled and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window. For reference and for any possible queries, note down the date and time of your purchase and the policy number provided on the confirmation page. Donation Queries If your policy does not track or is not validated after 3 months, please raise an untracked order query with easyfundraising.
