Advent Calendar Competition 2010, Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase necessary.

2. The competition is open to all UK residents, excluding employees of easyfundraising and the easyfundraising retailers featured in the competition.

3. The Advent Calendar competition will run from 1st December 2010 until 24th December 2010. The Grand Prize Draw competition will run from 15th November until 24th December 2010.

4. Entry into each daily prize draw is made by clicking on that day's window to review the prize.

5. All entries received into each daily prize draw on its day will be entered into the free prize draw for that day and the first entry randomly selected will win the day's prize.

6. Each daily winner will be notified by email within 1 working day of a competition ending, with details of how to redeem their prize.

7. All winners will be displayed on the easyfundraising website.

8. Daily competition entrants will be given one entry into the Christmas Day Grand Prize Draw for each daily competition entered.

9. One entry into the Christmas Day Grand Prize Draw will be given for every transaction completed and verified between 15th November 2010 and 24th December 2010

10. One entry into the Christmas Day Grand Prize Draw will be given every time the ‘Connect with Facebook' facility on the easyfundraising website is used between 15th November 2010 and 24th December 2010. Users will need to be logged into their easyfundraising account at the time of using the facility for their entry to be validated.

11. One entry into the Christmas Day Grand Prize will be given every time the Tweet button on the easyfundraising website is used between 15th November 2010 and 24th December 2010. Users will need to be logged into their easyfundraising account at the time of using the facility for the entry to be validated.

12. One entry into the Christmas Day Grand Prize Draw will be given for every individual you tell about the Advent Calendar via the 'Tell a Friend' button on the easyfundraising website between 15th November 2010 and 24th December 2010. This is subject to fair use and in the event of referring duplicated email addresses per individual or invalid email addresses, all prize draw entries across the referring easyfundraising account will be null and void. Users will need to be logged into their easyfundraising account at the time of using the facility for the entry to be validated.

13. All Christmas Day Grand Prize Draw entries awarded during the competition will be entered into the free prize draw and the first entry randomly selected will win the prize.

14. Transactions must be verified by the retailer by 23.59, December 24th 2010 to qualify for an entry into the Christmas Day Grand Prize Draw. Transactions that have not been verified by 23.59, December 24th 2010 will not be eligible.

15. Last time for entry into the Christmas Day Grand Prize Draw will be 23:59, December 24th 2010.

16. The Christmas Day Grand Prize Draw will take place on 25th December 2010.

17. The winner of the Christmas Day Grand Prize Draw will be notified by email within 5 working days of the competition ending, with details of how to redeem their prize. Please ensure your account details are correct.

18. In the event that winners do not reply to their winning notice within 30 days then the prize will be redrawn to an alternative winner. Users can ensure that they are able to receive emails from easyfundraising by entering any daily competition, this will generate an entry confirmation email. In the event that an entry confirmation email is not received please check “junk” folders and consider using a different email address.

19. Entry to all prize draws is restricted to one easyfundraising account per person. Entry via multiple user accounts by an individual will result in all prize draw entries across all easyfundraising accounts, for that individual, being made null and void.

20. We reserve the right to exchange a prize for another of equal or similar value in the event that a prize is out of stock, discontinued or becomes otherwise unavailable. No cash alternative will be offered.

21. Winners agree to participate in press and publicity events, and for their name to be featured on the easyfundraising website, easyfundraising facebook page and the easyfundraising twitter page , alongside the cause they support as well as on its own.

22. All prizes include free postal delivery to a valid UK postal address.

23. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

24. By entering the competition you agree for your details to be passed to a third party in order to fulfil a prize should you win.

25. You will need to have completed the easyfundraising free registration process and accepted our terms and conditions in order to enter any competition on the site.

26. By entering the competition entrants agree to be bound by all competition rules.
