Customer Survey Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase necessary.
2. The promotion is open to all UK residents excluding employees of easyfundraising.
3. In order to be eligible for the survey donation, you must complete the survey by Thursday 15th September.
4. The user must have received and opened a customer survey promotional email directly from easyfundraising in order to qualify. Users receiving a forwarded email from another easyfundraising user will not be eligible.
5. Donations will be added to a user’s account and will be payable to the good causes or charity they support at the time of payment.
6. Donations will be added to user accounts within 30 days of completing the survey.
7. Should the user account become deactivated, then payment of the donation may be cancelled or withdrawn.
8. Donations are restricted to one per easyfundraising account. Additional surveys completed will not qualify for the donation.
9. No cash alternative will be offered.
10. Promotion may be withdrawn at any time, without prior notice.
