About Gambia 2020 - Adelaide Longhurst
In the summer of 2020, I am going as part of a team to The Gambia for three weeks. Whilst there, we will be undertaking a project with the aim of aiding and developing the local community. Examples of these types of projects from previous expeditions include working on the construction of a school and creating a fence. Along with this, we plan on interacting with the community itself in order to grasp a better understanding of the culture.
