Parent Carer Foundation provides a central voice for Parents and Carers of children and young adults with SEN / complex learning / medical needs and disabilities. PCF monitors and helps shape participation and awareness with Parents. We have influenced and shaped current and future service provision for SEND/Disabilities’s families. We have raised awareness about Parents real concerns with a collective voice.
