Connie Henry's Track Academy

Harlesden

Track Academy is a registered charity using sport for social change founded by Commonwealth medallist Connie Henry. We are based at Willesden Sports Centre in the Borough of Brent. By offering sports activities, mentoring and educational support, Connie designed Track Academy to be a programme that helps young people realise they are more than the circumstances they are born into. Track Academy has inspired disadvantaged young people to attend University and has given hundreds of young people the opportunity to change their lives and contribute to society. If Olympic Athletes are created along the way, then it is a nice by-product of what the Academy is trying to achieve.
