About Dalton Community Association
We are a Community Group in the town of Dalton-in-Furness in Cumbria which runs a large community building called the Drill Hall and offers outreach study aid/homework clubs and night school classes. Groups including a Playgroup, dancing school, army cadets, youth club, and community church all use the Drill Hall on a daily basis. The Dalton Community Association is run by an active group of trustees who are working towards making the Drill Hall building fit to meet modern standards of accessibility and useability. This is the only community building with a large Main Hall and meeting rooms in Dalton-in-Furness.
