In 2020 I am participating in the World Challenge Expedition to Cambodia. I will travel to different locations in Cambodia to complete a variety of challenges, to work with the local community on a project which will benefit them and to immerse myself in their culture. The purpose of this expedition is to develop myself as a person and learn from a culture different to my own in an environment, which will challenge me physically and mentally.
