In July of 2019, I will be travelling to Uganda to support East African Playgrounds in a volunteering project for 4 weeks. Out there we will be helping Ugandan children have a better education through the use of creative play in a safe environment. We will be working alongside skilled Ugandan workers to build a playground from recycled materials in a rural community. This will give disadvantaged children a chance to escape their tough reality through fun play and a chance to be a child again.
