About FAMS (Family and friends affected by murder and suicide/thoughts and behaviours

We are a charity who have all been affected by murder or suicide. We offer one to one support and also group work. We encourage supported people to come and work with us, as they are the only people who could possibly know those feeling. Murder and suicide grief are very similar, only murder you may have someone to blame. Every year we put on an event LWAS (lets walk about suicide), another Christmas Gathering, and a football tournament in memory of two of the founders son/nephew.
