Growing up in council accommodation in South East London for my entire life I have seen first hand the struggle that is caused by having a lack of money. It is because of this that I am seeking extra funding in order to attend university and not place additional financial strain upon my parents, especially now that things have got worse with Covid. I hope that this will allow me to fulfil my dream of attending the University of Cambridge this coming year.
