About Jade's Journey
Jade is 8 years old and suffers from Cerebral Palsy. She is a hard working, determined, beautiful young girl who takes everything in her stride! Jade has been selected as a suitable candidate for Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy surgery at St Louis Childrens hospital in Missouri. To get her there for this life changing surgery we need to raise £40,000 to cover surgery and related costs. We need help to raise these funds, any help is greatly appreciated. We have raised £18,900 so far!.
