About Northwest Chefs Association (NWCA)
The NWCA is a not for profit organisation representing chefs and professional cooks working in the Northwest of England. NWCA promotes culinary and service excellence, skills training, best practice and local foods from the Northwest region. The Foodlinknw project (managed by the NWCA) seeks to develop local foods from the Northwest by working with local producers, voluntary organisations and our own chefs at events, seminars, workshops and through social activities. Your donations via easyfundraising will help ensure the Foodlinknw project is a success and we thank you for your support.
