Our Time supports children and young people affected by parental mental illness. Over 3.4 million children in the UK are living in families with parental mental illness. We create supportive environments for them, where they can receive explanations, build resilience and be heard. We raise awareness of this group to gain their recognition within public policy. We deliver tailored services to affected families, and support professionals working with young people to better understand this issue.
