About Parents for Sports

Parents for Sports project aims to make a positive difference to Children and Young people. It offers local children and families the opportunity to take part in recreational activities such as parachute and obstacle games, free play with sports toys, old childhood games like duck, duck goose, Mr wolf, snack and ladders both indoors and outdoors on a weekly basis. Parents for sports also aims to encourage outdoor play and activities with friends and family, that will help children and young people gain awareness of physical issues, health issues, to learn, play and develop skills. Providing opportunity for personal and social enjoyment and achievement, our sessions are run by local young volunteers from the community.
