About Reachout.work
Reachout is an early intervention support service level 2. Helping young people aged between 11 - 16 Yrs who are struggling with mental health and missing school. We encourage a duel registration to allow young people the opportunity to have support at home or at one of our centres whilst accessing mental health services, but receiving help from Reachout in education support, life skills, social skills, arts and child counselling. We provide a bespoke package and work with multi agencies.
