About The Escape Route
The Escape Route helps people coming out of prison to become self-employed. We have ready-made Escape Packs for several low cost trades, such as Handyman and Window Cleaner. One of the biggest obstacle to earning a living is the need to disclose a conviction - most employers won;t hire an ex-prisoner. And that is a major cause of recidivism - people re-offending and going back to prison. We keep people out of prison by helping them gain work.
