About Time to Talk Mental Health UK
Time to Talk Mental Health UK was established in 2017 as a fully confidential social media based peer support group for those suffering with mental health issues. We’re run by and for people with mental health conditions aged over 18 and living in the UK. The group provides an empathy based support service in a safe, carefully supervised and fully confidential online environment. Members are able to share their feelings, support each other and interact 7 days a week.
