About Westcountry Wasps RFC
Westcountry Wasps RFC is Devon and Cornwall’s only IGR (International Gay Rugby) club, formed to encourage a beginner's pathway to participation in sport. At the heart of our team are the values of rugby teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline, and social equality. Using these values as a tool in rugby, we aim to break down stereotypes and promote team engagement by embracing all sexualities within the community, while remaining a welcoming environment for all that just want to get in to sport.
