Our Impact Fund offers 15 grants of £1,000 to UK not-for-profit organisations to help you continue or enhance your work. The grant is unrestricted and can be used where it’s needed most. Applications will open Thursday 24th September 2026.

Tell us why you need £1,000
We will award 15 x £1,000 grants to organisations that can clearly show how the funding will benefit their community. The grant could support:
Applications for core and running costs are welcome. However, please explain what the £1,000 will contribute towards, what it will enable your organisation to do and who will benefit. You do not need to create a new project or purchase equipment to apply. We encourage you to identify the part of your existing or planned work where £1,000 could make the clearest difference.

The easyfundraising Impact Fund is a grant programme that provides small awards to help good causes with practical costs and projects, alongside the ongoing free donations supporters raise through easyfundraising.
We want to reinvest directly into the communities and causes we support, strengthen our commitment to the third sector, and provide an additional, tangible way to help organisations make an impact.
The Impact Fund is paid for by easyfundraising from a ring-fenced annual pot we set aside to support causes directly.
For this second round of funding in autumn 2026, we’re allocating £15,000 in total.
Each grant is £1,000.
Applications will be assessed against the following criteria, please consider these criteria when completing your application:
Community impact
- A clear and realistic explanation of what the £1,000 will fund and the difference it will make.
- A clear description of the people or community who will benefit, how they will benefit and, where possible, approximately how many people will be supported.
- Evidence that the grant will strengthen your organisation’s ongoing work, services or facilities, or create a benefit that continues beyond the initial spend.
Reach is not simply about supporting the greatest number of people. We will also consider the needs of the people being supported and the depth of the benefit.
A request for a specific item or project will not automatically score more highly than a request for core costs. Applications will be assessed on clarity, community impact, reach and lasting benefit.
The grant could support:
- A specific item or piece of equipment
- A defined activity or project
- An improvement to a space or facility
- A clearly identified contribution towards essential core or running costs
Applications for core and running costs are welcome. However, please explain what the £1000 will contribute towards, what it will enable your organisation to do and who will benefit.
For example, an application for “general running costs” may be difficult to assess. An application explaining that £1000 will cover venue hire for a weekly support group, transport for participants or a defined period of essential operating costs will give assessors a much clearer understanding of the difference the grant will make.
You do not need to create a new project or purchase equipment to apply. We encourage you to identify the part of your existing or planned work where £1000 could make the clearest difference.

- Social enterprises and CICs
- After-school and youth groups
- Churches and religious organisations
Your organisation does not need to be registered with easyfundraising to apply.
Organisations that have previously applied to the Impact Fund during spring 2026, are welcome to apply again this time.
These unrestricted grants are designed for practical needs—things like equipment, resources, volunteer costs, event expenses, small project funding, or other essential day-to-day costs that help you deliver your work.

Applications must be submitted by midnight on Sunday 8th November 2026.
We will award a grant of £1,000 to the 15 causes we feel have demonstrated best how they will use the funding to make an impact within their community. We will use a fair and transparent selection approach, with a panel of easyfundraising staff, partners and fundraising professionals. We will select causes across a range of categories and geographical areas and will not discriminate based on size of organisation.
Full criteria is outlined in question 7 above.
No “catch”- the grant is there to support your work. We may invite funded causes to share a short update or story so we can celebrate the impact and inspire more support, but it won’t be treated as a marketing obligation.
We will share recipients and impact stories to celebrate the brilliant work causes are doing and encourage more people to support them. Recipients can opt out of this by request.

- b) receipt of valid UK bank account details
