About Omega - The National Association For End of Life Care

Omega is a national charity based in Shrewsbury that supports those who are vulnerable, elderly, isolated, and bereaved. We are a small team of committed individuals who aim to raise standards of care. We do this by running various programmes, support groups, and through community engagement. Sadly, although we are supported by influential organisations, volunteers, and individuals, we still have an increasing demand on our services. Choosing us will help make a difference for those we support.
