• Donations apply to new customers only.
• Donations do not apply on multicar policies.
• To ensure your policy is tracked correctly and the sale can be confirmed, please follow the instructions below carefully, as failure to do so could result in your transaction being declined:
• Your cookies must be cleared before starting a quote.
• You MUST obtain a quote online via easyfundraising.
• You don’t retrieve an existing quote from any of our other partners, such as price comparison sites.
• Please note that the use of a Hastings Direct promotional/voucher code may affect your eligibility for donations.
Each policy will be checked within 10 days of the fourth month from its start: e.g. a policy starting in January will be checked in early May. Please note this validation period is from the policy start date and not the purchase date. If the policy is still in force after this time, it’ll be confirmed as payable and will be paid within 30 days of its validation date.
On average your donation will be approved within 140 days from the policy start date. Any claims made relating to tracked purchases within this validation period will remain on hold until the validation period has passed. If your purchase hasn’t tracked within this period, please raise a claim through easyfundraising.
On average your donation will be payable within 160 days from the policy start date. If your donation hasn’t been validated after this period, please raise a claim through easyfundraising.
•Once the donation is confirmed your payment is available for withdrawal. Donations won’t be paid if:
• The policy has been cancelled by you.
• The policy has been voided by us because it’s found to be fraudulent.
• The policy isn’t traceable back to easyfundraising.
• Any monthly direct debit payments have been missed.
