The following terms and conditions apply for participation in the Summer Supporter Sprint competition:

1. Entry restrictions: This competition is only open to causes in the Sports category. Employees of the Promoter, or their agents, families, and suppliers, or anyone connected with this offer are not eligible to participate. 

2. How to enter the sprint: Recruit new supporters to your easyfundraising cause between 00.01 on 20 July and 23:59 on 2 August 2026. Recruitment can be via referral link, app or any other channel. Every new supporter gained by a sports cause in this time will be recorded in a leaderboard and the sports cause which tops the leaderboard by recruiting the highest number of new supporters by the closing date stated, will win a £500 donation courtesy of easyfundraising. The 2nd placed finisher will win a £250 donation, and 3rd place will win a £150 donation. Leaderboard updates will be shared via email periodically during the entry period and available here.

3. How to enter the £50 bonus draw: All causes which recruit a new supporter during the entry period stated in point 2, will also enter into a draw to win a £50 donation, courtesy of easyfundraising.

4. Only brand new supporters who are recruited during the entry period stated in point 2, and that remain a supporter of a qualifying sports cause at the time of the final leaderboard standings will count. Supporters recruited outside of this entry period will not count towards the final standings.

5. Winners will be confirmed on Monday 3rd August and winning cause administrators will be notified by email within 3 business days of this date. Upon acknowledgement from the winner, the prize will be added to the cause' easyfundraising total within 7 days.

6. Draw date: The £50 draw will be made during w/c 3rd August 2026. The administrator of the winning cause will be contacted within 3 business days of the draw taking place. Upon acknowledgement from the winner, the £50 will be added to the cause' easyfundraising total within 7 days.  

7. easyfundraising reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time or, to withdraw the promotional campaign altogether at its sole discretion.

8. The prize and donation values are exactly as described. No cash alternative or variation on this will be offered.

9. The winning causes agree to participate in publicity regarding their win, via social media channels and PR as requested by easyfundraising.
