The following rules apply to your participation in our cause referral scheme. By taking part you agree to the following rules:

1. To participate: Share your unique cause referral link. Every cause that signs up to easyfundraising via your cause referral link will qualify your associated good cause for this incentive. The referral link can be that of a supporter or admin.

2. Promotion period is ongoing. Promoter reserves the right to end this incentive whenever they feel it necessary to do so and without prior notification.

3. Reward: Promoter will award £15 to the cause connected to the referrer and £15 to the referred cause. This reward will trigger as soon as the referred cause recruits their first supporter other than the admin. 

4. Eligibility: For a referring and referred cause to receive their reward, they must both be a fully validated and live cause on easyfundraising. The reward will only trigger if the first supporter of the referred cause is a brand new easyfundraising user. A supporter that switches from an existing cause to the newly referred cause will not count towards this incentive.

5. Receipt of reward: The bonus will be added to your total within 24 hours of the referred cause getting a new supporter added to their supporter list. It will be listed on your donation record as 'referral bonus' and will be paid out during the next subsequent Donation Day.

6. The recipient easyfundraising cause will be deemed the cause connected to your referral link at the time of the referred cause registering.

7. The reward is exactly as described. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternative to the reward will be offered. The Promoter will not be responsible for the non-receipt of any entry and cannot be held liable for system failures on the website or for any acts or omissions outside the control of the Promoter although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of any such failure. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time, or to withdraw the incentive altogether for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

9. The Promoter’s decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this incentive and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this incentive, or the reward offered in relation to the incentive. This incentive is governed by the laws of England and in the event of any dispute the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

10. Note in relation to Facebook and Twitter: This incentive is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Twitter.
