Tesco Community Pledge 2025

Thank you to all easyfundraising registered causes which entered the running to receive a £1,000 funding boost, courtesy of Tesco. The five causes selected are detailed below and we look forward to hearing more from each of you about the difference this funding will make.

Heart Heroes, Gloucester

Supporting children with heart diseases aged 0 – 25

"We are so grateful for this Tesco Community Grant — we love how by working with easyfundraising they are bringing people together to support local causes that make a real difference. Every child facing a cardiac journey deserves comfort, courage, and a reminder they’re never alone. Right now, we gift each brave little heart hero a special bear and passport during their hospital stay — a small gesture filled with love and hope. We will use the Tesco community pledge £1000 towards this support."

Providing vital toiletries, hygiene products, and baby care products to their community

"It has been completely unexpected and we are delighted to have won, it's going to make a tangible difference to the families we support over the coming summer months. The Tesco Community Pledge is such a generous way for Tesco and easyfundraising to further support community groups and we feel very grateful! We are starting to prepare for our summer holiday primary school project and this funding will go towards this. Our school project is to provide hygiene bags to families that local primary schools have identified as being in need to help ease financial pressure over school holiday periods. The money received will purchase enough bags for 50 families. Thank you!"

Helping girls reach their full potential

"I am so delighted! Our pack is over 50 years old, so has seen many Brownies thrive across our area. This money will help us replace old equipment and help to keep our termly subs low, for our Brownie families, making it a fun and affordable weekly activity for many young girls both now, and in the future. Thank you easyfundraising and Tesco, it’s greatly appreciated."

A place of worship and community

"We are absolutely thrilled! Our church dates back to the 12th century, and this money will go towards the maintenance of the Church which is generally expensive due to the skilled workmen that are needed for any repairs. The pledge is a great initiative - it helps and gives back to so many communities in need. Thank you!"
