The following terms and conditions apply for TUI's Classroom Commitment:

1. Any Parentkind member PTA or school which registers as a cause on easyfundraising during March 2026, and receives a donation from TUI in that same month, will go into a draw to win a £500 bonus donation.

2. In addition to point 1, all supporters of Parentkind member PTAs or Schools will collect a flat £125 donation for all valid holidays booked with TUI, TUI Mountains and Lakes, or TUI River cruises during March 2026.

3. The £125 donation will not apply to flight-only bookings. This will remain as a 0.5% donation. However, any donation courtesy of TUI will qualify for the £500 draw.

4. The £125 donation is exclusively available to education causes, any supporter of a non-education cause which books with TUI during March will be subject to the standard donation rates as listed on their retailer page.

5. Donations will only be paid out on valid holidays that TUI have confirmed as being paid for by the qualifying supporter.

6. The incentive will start at 00:01 on 1st March 2026 and end at 23:59 on 31st March 2026. All holidays must be booked within this period to receive a £125 donation. Any newly registered Parentkind member PTA or school must register, and receive a TUI donation in this time period to qualify for the £500 draw.

7. Draw date: The £500 draw will be made during w/c 6th April. The winning PTA or school will be contacted within 3 business days of the draw taking place and upon acknowledgement from winner, the £500 will be added to your raised total within 7 days.  

8. easyfundraising reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time or, to withdraw the promotional campaign altogether at its sole discretion.

9. The prize and donation values are exactly as described. No cash alternative or variation on this will be offered.
