About Befrienders Highland Limited
Befrienders Highland provides one to one and group supported volunteer befriending for people suffering from loneliness and isolation as a consequence of mental ill health, memory issues or who are carers for loved ones. We provide a range of face to face, telephone, letter or email social contact, with friendship offered by trained and supported volunteers. The friendships successfully increase a persons confidence and sense of belonging and improves their well-being and inclusion.
