About Brighton Retired Greyhound Trust

Brighton Retired Greyhound Trust was established in 1978 to care for Retired Racing greyhounds, primarily from Corals Brighton and Hove Stadium.

We are an independant charity and as such rely heavily on donations and fundraising.

We generally have 32 greyhounds waiting for homes, so we are always sure to have the right dog for you. Sometimes these greyhounds are being homed for the second time, as they have been returned to us due to a change in circumstance. Our dogs can be anything up to 11 years old but we always find loving new homes for them.

We are based in the beautiful countryside of Twineham, West Sussex. The new kennels that we occupy were purpose built by us in March 2005.In order to build the facility We gained financial backing from the national RGT and Corals Brighton & Hove Greyhound Stadium, both of which we are extremely grateful to, as without them it would never have happened.
