About Essex Police Musical Society

The Essex Police Musical Society is a police organisation that has been going for almost 50 years and our members are made up of serving and retired police officers, support staff and their friends and families. We entertain our supporters twice a year with a full production musical in the spring and a concert in the autumn. Past productions have included such shows as 42nd Street, Hello Dolly, South Pacific, Crazy for You, Fiddler on the Roof and many more. We endeavour to raise money for our chosen charities at all our performances but, as with most areas of the police force, we need as much support as we can get. Our chosen charities are the Chrohn’s Disease Society, Essex Air Ambulance, The Helen Rollason Trust and Flint House – the police rehabilitation centre for officers who are injured in the line of duty. With your support we can endeavour to support them.
