Friends of Ferals are a small but dedicated group of volunteers who are committed to helping control and monitor the feral cat population in and around Sheffield. We provide medication, neutering and basic care for cats living on the edge in Sheffield. Thousands of feral cats live in derelict factories, cemeteries, alleyways, gardens and general outdoor spaces in Sheffield. They are the offspring of lost or abandoned domestic cats and left unneutered, have reached epidemic numbers. We operate a 'trap-neuter-return' programme in order to control the ever increasing numbers. Each cat or kitten that we trap is taken to the vets for neutering/spaying and a routine health check. Once returned to site, the cats are cared for and closely monitored by our volunteer colony carers. However, kittens that are caught young enough to be socialised are taken into foster care until they are ready for adoption. We are entirely dependent on donations and every penny we receive is spent on cats in crisis, cats living on the edge, and never on administration or expenses.

How it works
easyfundraising partners with over 7,500 brands who will donate part of what you spend to a cause of your choice. It won't cost you any extra. The cost is covered by the brand.
Brands pay us a commission because when you start your shop from the easyfundraising website or app, they can see we sent you to them. If you make a purchase, a commission is generated, and we turn that into a donation - magic!
