"Transition Extreme is an Aberdeen based award winning social enterprise established in 2007 to assist the young people of Aberdeen City & Shire in making the difficult transition from childhood to adulthood by providing innovative sporting, health, employability, diversionary and educational opportunities. A registered Scottish Charity (No: SC036358) - our iconic Sports Centre, which hosts many thousands of extreme sports enthusiasts and other visitors per annum, provides world class, year round indoor facilities including; rock climbing, BMX, in-line skating and skateboarding, band practice rooms, martial arts facilities, creative arts zone and cafe/community facilities. We are also a popular choice for corporate teambuilding, business meetings, corporate events and training activities. Located in the prime leisure and recreational area of Aberdeen Beach, the Centre is ideally located as an adrenaline-packed facility. It acts as a major tourist attraction for the area, attracting national and international sporting events, providing an ideal setting as the 'Gateway to the Highlands'."
