About Village Africa
Village Africa\'s aim is to alleviate poverty in rural Tanzania in the fields of health and education. Our project is based in the West Usambara Mountains in the areas of Yamba and Milingano. We work with the help of UK volunteers in conjunction with the local community, listening to and understanding their needs and creating employment. The community have given Village Africa the special name \'\'Vyaadahikana\'\' which translated means \'\'it is possible\'\'. For more information please visit www.villageafrica.org.uk.
