The following rules apply to your participation in the Get Grants £250 incentive November 2025. By participating, you agree to the following rules:

1. To enter: Register your cause with easyfundraising via https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/get-grants/ by 23:59 on 30th November 2025. OR if an existing Get Grants referred cause, raise a donation via easyfundraising by 30th November 2025. Providing your cause passes our validation checks you will go into the draw to win a bonus £250 donation added to your cause total.

2. Promotion period runs until 23:59 on 30th November 2025. All qualifying entries must be received within this time.

3. Entry restrictions: The Competition is only open for causes who are associated with our partner organisation, Get Grants. 

4. Receipt of donation: The £250 donation will be added to your cause total by no later than 7th December 2025. This donation will not be received as a payment to the cause until the next Donation Day in February 2026. Should the minimum payment threshold of £15 be met by that date. 

5. The incentive is exactly as described. The donation is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter will not be responsible for the non-receipt of any entry and cannot be held liable for system failures on the website or for any failure by third parties to fulfil their obligations or for any acts or omissions outside the control of the Promoter although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of any such failure. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time, or to withdraw the incentive altogether for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

7. The Promoter’s decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this incentive and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this incentive. This incentive is governed by the laws of England and in the event of any dispute the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
