1. No purchase necessary.
2. Cause of the Month is open to all easyfundraising causes, excluding causes supported by employees of easyfundraising.
3. Cause of the Month will run from 4/1/11 to 12.00pm (midday) on 31/1/11.
4. The shortlist of 10 causes will be announced on 17/1/11.
5. The shortlist of 10 causes is chosen at the discretion of easyfundraising.
6. The cause with the most votes fairly cast at the closing date of 12.00pm (midday) on 31/1/11 will win a donation of £150
5. Votes cast after the closing time of 12.00pm (midday) on 31/1/11 will not be counted.
7. The Administrator of the winning cause will be notified by email within one working day of the closing date.
8. Votes are limited to one per person. In the event of multiple votes cast from the same IP address or email address, we will discount the multiple votes. Voting via multiple email addresses or IP addresses by an individual will be discounted and all votes cast by that individual being made null and void. Multiple voting by individuals may result in an organisations being removed from Cause of the Month.
9. We reserve the right to exchange a prize for another of equal or similar value.
10. Winners agree to participate in press and publicity events, and for their name to be featured on the easyfundraising website, easyfundraising blog easyfundraising facebook page and the easyfundraising twitter page , alongside the cause they support as well as on its own.
11. The Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. By entering Cause of the Month you agree, where appropriate, for your details to be passed to a third party in order to fulfil a prize should you win.
13. By entering Cause of the Month, entrants agree to be bound by all Cause of the Month rules.
