If you’ve ever taken part in the Race for Life, or know someone who has, then you’ll know that Tesco has been the official sponsor for 11 years now, helping Cancer Research UK raise millions to aid the fight against cancer.
In addition to their involvement with Race for Life, Tesco have also selected Cancer Research UK as their Charity of the Year from March 2012 and we’re delighted that they’ve asked easyfundraising to help them achieve their target of raising £10 million.
For the whole of June, if you support Cancer Research UK then we’ll double donations when you shop with Clothing at Tesco (F&F). So if you spend £100 you’ll raise £8 for Cancer Research.

The money Tesco raise will go towards:
- Supporting the funding of up to 100 early diagnosis research projects in local communities across the UK.
- Supporting a new awareness campaign that aims to reduce people’s anxiety about the disease and encourage them to visit the doctor with any possible concerns. People fear cancer more than any other disease but the earlier cancer is diagnosed, the better the chance of survival.
