FAQs

How do I sign up?

Simply sign up using the Register now button at the top of the page we will have you signed up in a matter of minutes to start raising funds. Once you have the basic information entered we'll get you up and running with your own page and you can then add the Donate button once you've completed the initial registration process.

What information is needed to get a donate button?

Once you've set up your cause on easyfundraising we will just need the name, address and date of birth details for an authorised individual for the cause or charity e.g. a trustee or treasurer.

What other support is on offer?

When you sign up you will access to a number of tools and services to help you get the most out of the easyfundraising website, including a devoted team of coaches who will be on hand to support you.

What fees are involved in setting up easyfundraising?

easyfundraising will not charge you a fee for setting up your cause on the platform. The only fee involved in the process is the fee applied to donations that are processed by our payment services provider, Stripe, who charge 1.4% + 20p per donation

How are the donations paid?

When supporters give a donation with a debit/credit card these transactions are handled securely with Stripe. Payments are made within 7 days from the date of the initial donation via a BACS transfer.

When supporters shop with easyfundraising's 3,700 retailers donations that are raised are paid each quarter.
