About 10 Percent for the Ocean
10% for the ocean asks individuals and businesses worldwide to direct just 10% of their giving to create a $15bn ocean superfund that will support multiple diverse projects that align with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 14 ‘Life Below Water’. The ocean represents 70% of our planet; it provides the oxygen for our every other breath; this will be lost if there is no ocean recovery. The ocean currently receives just 1% of giving; this must change to sustain life on earth as we know it.
