We decided to start the charity due to the rapid increase in stress, mental/physical decline and anxiety especially in adolescent youth leading into adulthood. This is more evident when socioeconomic factors are considered, years of underfunding and stigma has created a black hole of depression, isolation and suicide.Three Little Birds supports people affected by Mental Health, Anxiety, Obesity and other conditions. Our mentors offer professional holistic and Health & Wellbeing support.
