Age Connects Morgannwg is a long standing older people's charity is committed to improving the lives of older people living in Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr Tydfil and Bridgend. Many thousands of people have found companionship, laughter, new interests and a listening ear in the staff and volunteers who are the beating heart of this charity. Please show your support and help us reach out to vulnerable, isolated and lonely older people in need and so that they are not facing difficulties all alone.
